LEMON FISH BAKE
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. tilapia or catfish fillets
1/2 cup. dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. In shallow dish, combine butter/margarine, lemon pepper, seasoned salt, and dill weed. Dip fillets in mixture, then evenly coat with bread crumbs.
On baking sheet, covered in aluminum foil and sparyed with canola spray, arrange fillets. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
I LOVE this dish. This is my favorite way to make catfish. Hopefully it will stay in my calorie range! I will report tomorrow.
