Activities: exercise bike-30 minutes
Food
- 1 banana
- coffee with two splenda, with one cream
- string cheese
- 1/8 lb. chicken breast
- 2 sugar cookies
- 3/4 cup spicy butternut squash and coconut soup
- pepperoni snack
- 2 slices barbeque short ribs pizza
- 1 glass low-calorie lemonade
Total: 27.5
Oops...too much not good food. This shouldn't have been such a high point day because I ate at home for everything...although some of it was leftovers. Oy.

Weight: 122.8 lbs!!! SOOOO CLOSE TO GOAL!
Activities: Ran 3 miles
Food:
- 1 banana
- string cheese
- 13 grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- chicken noodle soup
- 1 mini milky way bar
- 3 candy covered chocolate eggs 0
- WW oreo bar
- carrots, asparagus, squash with dip
- 1 piece of swiss cheese
- lots of bread at a restaurant
- 1/2 piece of lasagna at restaurant
- bit of Matt's pork chop
Total points: 18
I ate a TON of bread at dinner. My tummy really hurt and I thought bread would be soothing. I wouldn't do that normally.

Weight: 124.4
Activities: Ran 3.06 miles if I calculated it correctly
Food:
2 cups water
1/2 cantaloupe
1 slice Italian garden frittata
1/3 lb. chicken breast with marinade
grilled broccoli
corn on the cob
1 glass red wine
potato chips
lemonade
Total points: 18
PERFECT! I used light butter in order to lower the point value of the frittata...it would have been too high otherwise. Don't think it took away from the dish at all.

Weight: 125.8 lbs...up a pound from my last WW weigh-in boo :(
Activities: No time...unless you count fast-walking to get from the ballgame to the waterfront and beat the crowds.
Food
- 1 banana
- split a tossed salad with smoked salmon and balsalmic dressing with F
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- split a pulled chicken sandwich (no bread) with F
- split roasted corn on the cob with F
- pickle
- 1 1/2 screwdrivers
- 1 ploughman's salad
- 2 glasses of water
Total points: 18.5
Not bad...was at the ballgame, had lunch out after my WW meeting, went to a bar and out to dinner and stayed at 18.5. I think that is commendable. I went with screwdrivers as my drink in order to save some points...they are 3 points each...I thought they'd be more like 2...oh well.

Apologies for the lack of posting...I needed a breather! I've decided I'm not going to "make up" the posts I missed. I can't keep this up everyday and if I try I won't be happy. So my posts may be more sporadic but I think I will be happier.
Weight: 125.8 lbs.
Activities: rest day...
Food:
- 1 small banana
- 1 matzah board
- 2 sticks string cheese
- 1 reese's peanut butter cup
- 1 cup, strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe
- 1 cup spicy butternut squash and coconut soup
- 1 pepperoni "matzo" pizza
- shredded mexican cheese
- 1 glass water
Total points: 26
I've had a rough week and a half, I'm not going to lie. So I think the fact that I am back to tracking is progress...even if the points were on the high side. Game back on!
