Yes points. I officially joined Weightwatchers at F's request. I'm a litle skeptical but am optimistic it will make a difference as I seem to be plateauing in this weight loss gain.
My daily point allowance is 18, plus the 35 weekly flex points. It seems very low compared to F's 34 daily points. We eat so much together that I am not sure how this is going to work with his much higher point allowance. So we will see. I had to use flex points on the first day which doesn't seem like an awesome start.
I had grilled fish tacos for dinner. I thought that was a good choice but 9 points!! That is half of my allowance. So need a new option for Mexican restaurants.
Is anyone else on Weightwatchers? What do you think?
