Activities: ran 1.36 miles on treadmill, light stretching, weights, and crunches
Food--
- 1 banana
- 1/4 c. homemade granola
- approx. 3/4 c. rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups of tea (no sweetener)
- 1 pkg. Smarties
- 1 York peppermint patty
- 1 miniature Reese's cup
- 1 dark miniature Milky Way bar
- 8 grape tomatoes
- 1 fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup vegetable soup
- fruit
- Skinny Chicken Caesar melt
Total calories: 1331

I had a bit of a candy splurge in the middle of the day. I was exhausted and needed the pick me up. Do you have days like that? What do you do for a pick me up?

I went to La Madeleine for dinner last night after shopping for wedding invitations. I had their "skinny" chicken caesar melt which they advertised as 510 calories (including fruit and vegetable soup). Was this a good choice? The sandwich was very skinny....it was on a very narrow baguette which is why the calorie count was so low. I was not hungry after but I wasn't sure if this was a good choice.
