- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup homemade granola
- 1 bottle Vitamin 10 lemonade
- 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 salmon entree from the night before
- 6 Hamentashen
- 1 cheese manicotti
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of coffee w/ 2 splenda and 1 creamer
Total calories: 1578
I thought this was a decent day :)
