Weight: 127.2 lbs. Hangin tough!
Activities: Still resting....I am not planning to exercise until Sunday. I trained too hard for that 8k and need to rest.
Food:
- 1 banana
- 6 oz. fat-free Greek blueberry yogurt
- 1 chicken cutlet (.2 lbs.)
- 1/3 c. mashed potato/turnip
- Golden Oreo cakester 100-calorie pack
- 1 Snickers bar
- 1 mini Reese's cup
- Japanese pan noodles
- 1 cup tea
- 1 cupcake
- 12 oz. hot chocolate
- 1/2 cup diet cranberry juice
Total calories: 1518
Can't complain about this day :)
