Activities: Ran .72 miles, still recovering from the foot pain
Food--
- 1 banana
- 1 tuna salad sandwich, made with celery on whole-wheat bread
- 1 cup of coffee with 2 splendas and 1 package of hazelnut cream
- 1/2 cup "Mexican cheese"
- cupcake batter and frosting
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup diet cranberry juice
- 1 cup lettuce salad
- whole wheat pasta with 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 turkey meatballs
Total calories: 1580.
Lesson: Don't make cupcakes!!!!!
