Weight: 129.2 lbs.
Activities: Ran 1.07 miles, stretching, light weights (7.5 lb. dumb bells), and crunches
Food:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup roasted tomato soup
- 12 oz. hot chocolate
- 6 oz. fat-free yogurt
- 1 bottle Vitamin 10 lemonade
- approx. 2.25 cups salad (side salad with lunch and dinner)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 hamentashen
- shrimp scampi with whole wheat pasta and zucchini
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Total calories: 1570
The cheese needs to go!!! It is an addiction I swear :(
