Weight: 127 lbs.!!! LOW WEIGHT IN ALERT.
Activities: I went for a run, but I lost track of for how far, approx. 2.44 miles. (I know this is an underestimate though)
Food:
- small banana
- 3/4 cup oatmeal cereal
- 1 manicotti
- 1 bottle Vitamin 10 water (orange)
- peanut M&M's and mint dark chocolate chips (too many!) I had a really bad work day....
- shrimp pad thai
- 1/2 order nachos with chili
- 2 glasses red wine
- shared a beer with F
- tasted F's macaroni & cheese
Total calories: 1826
It had been a bad day, workwise and that is reflected in my food choices. What do you eat when you have a bad day? I eat chocolate. What can I do to prevent this?
