Weight: 127.4 lbs. GREAT WEIGH IN!
Exercise--
- .14 mile walk
- 30 min. on exercise bike

Food--
- 1 banana
- yogurt pretzels 100-calorie pack
- 1/2 cup of mom's granola
- leftover rotisserie chicken (4 small pieces?)
- 2 small cookies (baby shower favor)
- 19 oz. tap water
- chocolate mint chips
- 1 cup whole wheat pasta with 5 shrimps (scampi)
- 1/2 baked zucchini
- 1 mug tea

Total calories: 1373.
Good day calorie-wise. It was hard for me to determine how much rotisserie chicken I ate; the same with the chocolate chips and the pasta. It is very hard to quantify. Any ideas?
