Food--
- 2 cups of coffee with 1/2 tsp of such in each. One had skim milk and the other had heavy cream.
- 1.5 waffles
- 1/2 cup pasta salad
- 4 small pieces rotisserie chicken
- 6 steamed broccoli flowerets
- 1 cup green salad
- blueberry pomegranate reduced calorie juice
Total calorie: 1083
I think I underestimated the proportions of what I ate though because I felt fuller than 1083 calories. But not a bad day.
