Weight: 127.2 lbs. Almost a week straight at this weight. I can't decide if that is a good thing. Am I stagnating?
Activities: 30 min. mostly run/partial walk. OUTSIDE :)
Food
- Chinese chopped salad with chicken
- Strawberry/banana smoothie
- Mixed greens salad with garlic mustard dressing
- 1 cup Maryland crab soup (tomato based)
- 12 french fries with ketchup
- 1 cup of tea
Total points: 22
Could have been a better day. A 12 oz. smoothie is 7 points. I didn't think it would be that high because of the fruit content. It was just orange juice, strawberries and banana. I was wrong!!
