Exercise--
- Exercise bike: 20 min.
- Minimal weights
Still recovering from being sick. I really want to be better!

Food-
- 1 banana
- 2 cups hot cocoa with skim milk
- 3/4 cup brown rice
- 10 steamed broccoli flowerets
- 100-calorie pack of yogurt pretzels
- 1.75 cup salad
- 1 1/2 piece black forest cake (F's b-day!)
- less than 1/2 glass red wine
- 1 cup of tea
- 32 oz. water
- 1.5 cup garlic mashed potatoes
- 1/2 salmon entree with sauteed onions
- spoonful of creamed spinach (did not like it)
- espresso cup of hot chocolate
- 2 spoonfuls of F's crab bisque (birthday dinner)
- 2 bites of F's NY strip steak
- mixed field green saladss with tomatoes and a dressing
- 1 small piece of foccacia
- spiced cashews

Total calories: 1823
Not the best day but it was F's birthday which required a dinner at a steak restaurant and cake. The restaurant serves garlic mashed potatoes family style and they were SO GOOD!! But not good for the diet. I will be better next time I hope!
