- 1 banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1.25 cup baked ziti
- 13 grape tomatoes
- 1 Breyer's Yocrunch cup
- 3/4 c (uncooked) brown rice, cooked
- steamed mushrooms and carrots
- 1 glass water
- sauteed mushrooms
Total calories: 1606
Great day! The weight was on the high side but I'm not complaining because I had such a great day otherwise. I know the weight will come back down.
