Food-
- 1 banana
- fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup "Rosh Hashannah honey orange carrots" (yes, I know Rosh Hashannah was months ago but I make these year round. These were leftovers from the potluck last night)
- 2 cups salad
- 1 Fiber one bar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups jasmine tea
- lemon chicken with vermicelli entree at a Vietnamese restaurant
Total calories: 1759
Not a horrible day but could be better. Next time, I will eat only half the vermicelli in my dish and eliminate some carbs.
