Weight: 129.8 lbs. I am happy with this. It is a stabilized number UNDER 130.
Activities: Exercise bike for 36 minutes
Run/walk: 2 miles
Light stretching

Food and drink--
-- 1 bagel with butter (any suggestion of what to put on a bagel besides butter?)
-- brown sugar because I needed some sugar (I realize that this is awful)
-- 3/4 whole wheat pita bread with pesto sauce
-- 2 roasted vegetable agnolotti with tomato sauce
-- 1 fruit roll-up
-- 1 french vanilla coffee with heavy cream
-- 1/5 pitcher frozen margarita
-- tortilla chips and salsa (approximately 20 chips)
-- 1.5 chicken enchiladas
-- Spanish rice
-- 1 glass pinot noir
-- 3 cranberry/vodkas

....and when I arrived home, drunk what did I eat?

-- mozzarella cheese :(

Total calories: 3164.

Okay, my problem areas are obviously the cheese. What do others eat when they get home at 3:30AM and have had too much to drink? For the most part I am limiting my alcohol intake but some days that is not possible. I desperately want to lose weight but I am not willing to give up my life.

What do you think of the enchiladas? What do you order at Mexican restaurants? Could I have ordered better? Should I have skipped the tortilla chips? I thought I ate them in moderation compared to the last time but still probably too much. I promise no vodka next time!! (and no party bus). My college roommate used to think that the amount of calories she drank the night before was counteracted by the fact that she barely eats the next day so she offset the calories of her drinks? Any thoughts on this?
