Weight: 129.8...so relieved after last night.
Exercise: some light weights and crunches (hungover! and busy)
Food (I was hungover...)
- 2 small croissants
- 2-cup salad with blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 cups caramel popcorn
- 1 very small brownie
- cheese dip with chicken on tortilla chips and bread
- 1 empanada
- 2 small slices of pizza
- a vegetable casserole, approx. 1/2 cup
Total calories: 2598
So I started the day hungover and barely ate, then went to a pot luck dinner and ate a LOT....too much! Next time: no caramel popcorn (although it did result in me not eating the brownies!). I also should have skipped the cheese dip. I am going to a baby shower next week and I am going to try to learn from this!
