Weight: 130.2 lbs....not the greatest weigh in but I did eat the peanut butter cookie dough the night before...
Activities: None, had a working lunch and was too tired after work to work out. NOT GOOD.
Food--
- 9 strawberries
- 1/2 cup turkey
- 14 grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup of coffee with 2 splenda and 1 creamer
- 2 1/2 slices of bread with olive oil
- 1 slice barbeque short rib pizza
- 6 1/4 roasted vegetable agnolotti with tomato sauce
- 1 natural fruit rollup
- 3 pieces of cheese
Total calories: 1429
My dad was in town so a dinner out was required. I had wanted to go to Ted's Montana Grill so I could just get a salad but there was a wait. So we ended up at an Italian restaurant. The roasted vegetable agnolotti was a vegan dish so I think I chose wisely but would love to hear the opinions of others.
Question: What do you use to sweeten your coffee? What is best for a health conscious person that is desperate to lose weight? I use splenda but would love to hear from others!
