- 1/2 cup homemade granola
- 1 cheese manicotti
- 1 1/2 cup Bakers hot chocolate (from machine)
- 3/4 cup low calorie cranberry juice
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheeese
- mint chocolate chips
- 1 peanut butter cookie Luna bar
- 1 cup of tea
- 1 Hershey nugget with hazlenut
Total calories: 1457
Well a good day, calorie wise. But mostly because I wasn't feeling well and was too exhausted after boot camp to eat!
Do you eat granola? My mom sent me some and it is delicious. She thinks it is healthy because she used no butter, not a lot of sugar and there are not many nuts considering the amount of notes. But I have no idea. I hope it's ok!
