No exercise, I was very late to work and skipped my lunch break. Was too exhausted to work out when I got home (went out to dinner with a friend).
Food- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup homemade granola
- 1 Yoplait fat-free yogurt (blueberry)
- 1 bottle Vitamin 10 water
- 1.75 cup baked ziti
- 5 grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cucumber
- 15 slices raw mushroom
- 1 cup coffee with 2 splenda and creamer
- 1 small soft pretzel with a cheese dip
- seasonal fruit side
- 1 black bean burger with pickles, ketchup, mustard, tomato on a whole wheat roll
Total calories: 1865
1.75 cups of baked ziti is a large serving...645 calories. This was 1/3 of a serving I bought at Sbarro...haha. Good thing I exercised portion control but I will have to do better.
