Weight: 130.4 (seems to be my normal weight)
Activities: ran 1.89 miles on treadmill; 60 crunches; light weight workout
Food:
1 banana
1 small croissant
1 cup spinach egg drop soup
2 chocolate covered strawberries
Brie cheese on 2 crackers
1 cube Swiss cheese
1 slice of bread with pesto
2 small pita breads with olive oil
3 falafel patties
1 chicken kebab
1 scallop
2 zucchini fritters
1 mug herbal tea
1/2 cup blackberry mousse
1/2 glass red dessert wine
Total calories: 1520

So the food was a bit random; but the calories stayed under control. We went out mezze for dinner so that explains the small plates. And the blackberry mousse was a V-day treat!
