Weight: 129.8 lbs. I was so relieved! The majority of my weigh-ins this week have been below 130 which to me is PROGRESS!!
Activities: Ran 2.32 miles
4 minutes on excercise bike

Food--
- 1 banana
- 1/2 bagel toasted with butter (What should I put on my bagels instead of butter??)
- 1 cup of coffee with 2 packages of splenda and a package of creamer)
- 1 slice BBQ short ribs pizza
- 4 grape tomatoes
- 3/4 cucumber
- 1 strawberry Greek yogury with 1/2 cup lowfat granola
- 3 peanut M&Ms
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/4 lb. tilapia with sauteed onions and mushrooms
- 1 cup salad with light Italian salad dressing
- 7 conversation hearts
- 3 strawberries with light whipped cream
- 1/2 glass red wine
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup herbal tea
- 7 cheese cubes
Total calories: 1911

I was so hungry that day. I don't know why. The cheese cubes were BAAAAD for me but they were samples at the grocery store. They say you shouldn't go to the grocery store hungry because you will buy junk food. I didn't buy junk food but I ate the cheese cubes. Ugh. Tomorrow, is another day. I am eating at my favorite Latin American restaurant for a girls' night which will requires either margaritas or sangria and chips and salsa. I hope I can behave...any suggestions????
