Food:
- 1/2 cup turkey
- Fiber one oats and strawberry bar
- 1 cup roasted carrot soup
- 14 dried apple rings
- 1 bottle of water
- 1 1/2 cups cheesy turkey and rice
- peanut butter cookie dough :( (made cookies for a co-workers going away party)
Total calories: 1752
Lessons Learned: A serving of my cheesy turkey and rice has 384 calories just from the rice. I think that is too much. Should I just use less rice when I prepare it? Should I switch to brown rice? Any comments on this would be appreciated.
