Happy Valentine's Day!

Weight-130.4 lbs.
Activities: 40 minutes on exercise bike
Food
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 small croissant
- 2 small pieces of bread, with pesto sauce
- 2 cups of coffee, with 4 Splenda packets and 2 half and half packets
- salad with approx. 2 1/2 tablespoons of raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- 1 1/4 pieces chicken marsala
- yellow rice

Today consisted of a day trip to our state's capitol. We got home after midnight and I was starving and exhausted. Hence, the last entry in my food diary.

- 2 slices American cheese

Total calories: 1335 calories.

How did I do? No Valentine's day dessert for me because I made our Valentine's Day dessert on Saturday.
