- remainder of my lemon chicken vermicelli entree from the Vietnamese restaurant the night before
- 1 cup herbal tea
- 1 glass water
- 5 pieces of sesame chicken
- 3/4 vegetarian egg roll
- 1/2 cup vegetarian lo mein
- 1/4 white rice
- 1 glass red wine

The sesame chicken is the villain in my food today. This evening I went to a trivia night at a temple. The admission price includes dinner and drinks (and you'll notice I only drank one). The dinner was sesame chicken, egg rolls, lo mein, fried rice, and white rice. The sesame chicken alone was 1050 calories. But I didn't have much of a choice. Should I have filled up on lo mein and fried rice and skipped the sesame chicken altogether??
