Weight: 131.4 lbs. Ick. Blame the bread and olive oil at dinner the night before.
Activities: Ran 2.92 miles (love the gym at my office!)

Food--
- 1 banana
- 1/2 bagel, toasted with butter (no peanut butter in the house because I made the cookies)
- 1 Greek strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup lowfat granola
- 1 bottle water
- 1 large piece of ice cream cake (hadn't eaten lunch and had to go to co-worker's going away party...ugh!)
- 1 1/3 cup cheesy turkey and rice
- 1 salmon burger, without roll, with ketchup
- 14 steamed string beans
- 3 cubes of American cheese

Total calories: 2121. Okay, worst day I've had foodwise in a longtime. NEVER go to a party without having eaten lunch. I know that. I loooove ice cream and have essentially given it up so I suppose I was due for some but I wish I could have waited until it was summer!
