Weight: 132.2. This is a high number for me and the reason I decided to reduce my sugar intake.
Activities: Ran 2.61 miles on treadmill
Food
1 regular slice of bread with 1/2 tablespoon of butter
1 banana
1 sweet n'salty 100-calorie pack
1 cup spinach egg drop soup
2 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, mushroom)
Fiber One oats and peanut butter bar
21 oz. water
2 packages of smarties
7 multigrain tortilla chips with 1/4 cup salsa
1 3/4 cup cheesey turkey and rice
1 mug of pomegrante-white tea
2 squares of Godiva raspberry chocolate
Total calories: 1569
I was hungry at night but refused to eat anything else. If you will notice no honey on my bread or in my tea! I ate the smarties because I was hungry at work and that was what was in the candy jar....I had eaten all the snacks I had brought for the day. We have no more Godiva chocolate in the house so that will be eliminated from my diet as well. I ate more calories today than the other days but was still hungry....not sure what to do about that. Any suggestions?
